The Hon'ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Ashok Chavanji has approved the rules framed for Deemed Conveyance. The notification has been published for inviting suggestions for period of one month after which the notification will take effect. Lakhs of Housing Societies in Mumbai and crores of residents living therein who were denied Conveyance by builders will be benefited by this decision.
